Policies & Fees


I. Cancellation Policy

Walks:

​

Cancellations < 48 hours (2 days) notice will be subject to full booking's rate

Cancellations > 48 hours (2 days) notice will not be subject to any fees

 

 

Sittings:

Cancellations <  168 hours (7 days) notice will be subject to full booking's rate

Cancellations > 168 hours (7 days) notice will not be subject to any fees beyond the initial down payment

II. Inclement Weather Policy​​

​

 

Excessive Heat/Humid Conditions (Temperatures > 90 Degrees Fahrenheit):

​Walk will not extend beyond 5 minutes in length

Can include "potty break" outside followed by playtime inside to fulfill timeframe of service​

Excessive Cold/Icy Conditions (Temperatures <32 Degrees Fahrenheit)​:

​Walk will not extend beyond 5 minutes in length

Can include "potty break" outside followed by playtime inside to fulfill entire timeframe of service

III. On-Demand Policy​​

​

Any services requested < 24 hours in advance are considered "on-demand" and are subject to 30% rate increase​

​

IV. Holiday Services Policy

 

All services requested on holidays are subject to 35% rate increase ​​

 

* Observed holidays include: New Years Eve, New Years Day, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day​

V. Billing Policy

​

Invoices will be sent to clients on a monthly basis. At the conclusion of each month, clients will receive an invoice within approximately 7 days detailing all services that were booked in the previous month. Clients will then have 15 days to pay the invoice before late fees begin to take effect.

​

* Late fees include 5% surcharge for each late day

​
